This button is multi-functional and indicates the current operating status through different colours

Machine ON

Pressing this button for approx. 3 seconds switches on the machine.

Transport ON

Pressing this button when the machine is switched on, filled and operational starts the transport operation.

Speed alteration

Pressing this button when the transport function is activated alters the speed. The LEDs 7 indicate the selected speed.

Machine OFF

Pressing this button for approx. 5 seconds switches off the machine. Exhaust air blower and dryer blower may run on. After switch off, the machine is not voltage free! A dot is lit in the display field.

• Flashing green = machine is being filled and heated

• Green = machine is operational

• Blue = wash mode

• Flashing blue = machine is drained

• Red = critical fault

• Green/red alternating = uncritical fault

• Blue/red alternating = uncritical fault

• Green/ blue alternating = pre-washing is being drained and filled

Fault Code	Designation description
E001	Fill time exceedance break tank	If the solenoid valve is actuated for the first time after "Machine on", the time until the float switch 1B1 responds is measured – if this time exceeds the preset time C01, the fault message is displayed.
	No water supply in break tank?	On site shut-off valve not opened On site filter clogged, filter or reducer upstream of solenoid valve clogged Solenoid valve does not open Output of control card defective
	No signal at the control input	Float switch defective Float switch incorrectly fitted
E002	Fill time exceedance break tank	If the float switch has already switched for the first time (= break tank was full), the switching hysteresis is from now on monitored via C02. If the response time of the float switch > C02, the fault message is displayed.
	Fill time exceedance break tank	If the fault lasts longer than C01, Err 001 is generated! Display changes to RED/ DURATION
	Supply quantity too low?	On site water pressure too low On site filter clogged On site shut-off valve not completely open Filter or reducer upstream of solenoid valve clogged Solenoid valve does not open completely Output of control card defective
	Removal volume too high?	Rinse arm not in position Leak in final rinse system Leak O-ring rinse arm holder Spray nozzle has dropped from rinse arm
E003	Fill start temperature hot water tank not reached	If at fill start the temperature F01 is not reached within time C37, the fault mes- sage is displayed.
E003	Hot water tank does not heat up	Hot water tank heater defective Hot water tank heater contactor defective

E004	Temperature shortfall Hot water tank	If the temperature falls short of tempe- rature F15 for a time >= C06, the fault message is displayed.
	Heat output missing?	Curtains not in position Phase missing on feed cable, motor protection switch or contactor Heater defective Wire jumper on heater missing
	Water consumption too high?	Rinse arm not in position Leak in final rinse system Leak O-ring rinse arm holder Spray nozzle has dropped from rinse arm Wrong diaphragm installed or setting of manual valve changed
E005	Fill time exceedance tanks	If tank filling is not completed within C38, the fault message is displayed.
	Supply quantity too low?	On site water pressure too low On site filter clogged On site shut-off valve not completely open Filter or reducer upstream of solenoid valve clogged
	Water in tank disappears?	Foreign particles in drain valve Drain valve seal defective

E006	Temperature shortfall "AR segment"	If the temperature falls short of tempe- rature F14 for a time >= C06, the fault message is displayed and transport is stopped!
E006	Heat output missing?	Curtains not in position Wash arms not in position Water entrainment by washware Phase missing on feed cable, motor protection switch or contactor Heater defective Wire jumper on heater missing
E007	Interruption safety chain 1A1	Input 1A1/X13.1-2 open
E007		– Doors open – Motor protection switch transport has tripped – Blockage transport switch has tripped – additionally on FTN and FUX motor protection switch washing, etc.
E008	Interruption safety chain 2A1	Input 2A1/X13.1-2 open
E008		Wire jumper missing

E012	Processing fault	If "emptied" is not signalled by all tank float switches within time C39, the fault message is displayed
	Water in tank?	Drain valve/drain system clogged Drain valve defective
	No water in tank?	Float switch stuck Float switch defective
