An error code may be shown on the counter display when machine does not operate.

Code	Error Indication	Operation	Possible Solution
Er 1	Safety sensor	Stop	Install hoppers, hopper lid, front panel, and table cover correctly
	Sensor Failure	Stop	Check the wire connection to control boards. If it is correctly connected, then exchange it with a new one. Check the reflector of sensors is blurred with dusts etc. on it. If it is blurred, then clean it. Check a magnet is fixed on Front Panel. If not, fit the magnet on the panel. Check the sensor wires. If the sensor wire is broken then repair it
	Sensor Control Board Breakage	Stop	Exchange the board with a new board.
Er 2	Shutter Timing	Stop	Turn off the power and check the shutter blade installation.
	Shutter Sensor Failure	Stop	Check the connection to control boards,, if it is correctly connected, then exchange it with a new one. Check the reflector of sensors is blurred with dusts etc. on it. If it is blurred, then clean it. Check a magnet is fixed on Front Panel. If not, fit the magnet on the panel.

Er 3	Press Mold Timing.	Stop	1)Same procedure like Er 2. （for Press Mold Sensor） 2)Turn off the main power
Er 4	Motor Driver (Press mold) Alarm	Stop	1) Refer to 6-3. 2)Turn off the main power
Er 5	Motor Driver (Upper roller) Alarm	Stop	1) Refer to 6-3. 2)Turn off the main power.
Er 6	Motor Driver (Lower roller) Alarm	Stop	1) Refer to 6-3. 2)Turn off the main power
Er 7	Servo Driver (Index table) Alarm	Stop	1) Refer to 6-４. 2)Turn off the main power.
Er 11	Motor Driver Alarm (Hopper drive)	Stop	1) Refer to 6-3. 2)Turn off the main power.
Er 12	Motor Driver (Shutter) Alarm	Stop	1) Refer to 6-3. 2)Turn off the main power.
