(DEBAG Item No.: 9124012) (DEBAG Item No.: 9124014 with DigiConnect module) Fault: Control too hot E06A new baking program cannot be started. The cooling fan at the rear of oven is defective The current controller temperature can be displayed at Information → Systeminfo. The maximum current controller temperature can be displayed at Information → Systeminfo (max.T.Board) Check the cooling fan Check the cooling fan plug Replace the cooling fan. (DEBAG Item No.: 9120170)Cooling fan actuation does not function Pull out controller carrier and check output on the control board (terminals 15 / N → 230 VAC) See Helios PRO circuit diagram Replace the control board (DEBAG Item No.: 9124012) (DEBAG Item No.: 9124014 with DigiConnect module)Other possible causes: „ Too little free space in the rear oven area. Check the installation conditions of the oven. Ensure additional fresh air supply. „ The insulation between the baking chamber and the controller carrier was displaced or damaged while mounting the controller. Pull out the controller cover and check for proper positioning of the insulation mat. „ Setting of oven parameters “140 – Controller overtemperature fault” de-adjusted. Verify oven parameters setting 140 for 65 °C → set to 70 °C (max.) if necessaryFault: Heating output (BH) too low E09 5.1. Effect: „ Continued baking is possible to a limited extent. 5.2. Effect: „ Proofer with ON / OFF button None → continues to function (new nominal value input not possible „ Proofer without ON / OFF button Switches itself off after 1 minute for safety reasons → and is then without any function 13.2. Primary cause: „ Connection interrupted between oven and proofer Check the connecting cable (patch cable), the connection jack (RJ 45 jack) and the Y distributor Replacing defective parts Patch cable / DEBAG Item No.: 9122789 RJ45 – installation jack / DEBAG Item No.: 9122785 Y– patch cable distributor / DEBAG Item No.: 9124075 Check the control board re-programming if necessary Replacement of the proofer controller circuit board (DEBAG Item No.: 9124012) (DEBAG Item No.: 9124014 with DigiConnect module) 13.3. Another possible cause: „ Proofer completely de-energised Checking the power supply of the proofer (supply line) Check the voltage at the PCB (fuse F10 / F11)  Fault: Baking chamber temperature sensor TH E31 14.1. Effects: „ The oven is no longer ready for operation. 14.2. Primary cause: „ The Pt100 temperature sensor of the bottom heat is defective (open or short circuit) 888 Disconnect the Pt100 at terminals AE1 (terminal 24 / 25) Sensor resistance must lie between 100 and 200 Ohms (resistance table). Replace the Pt100 temperature sensor. DEBAG Item No.: 9192012 14.3. Other possible causes: „ Controller circuit board defective. Connect 100 to 200 Ohm resistance directly on the control board terminal AE1 (terminal 24 / 25) Swap PT100 bottom heat / top heat on the printed circuit board (terminals 24 /25 and 26 / 27) Attention: Do not mix up the PT100 after testing! If error remains → replace the control board. (DEBAG Item No.: 9124012) (DEBAG Item No.: 9124014 with DigiConnect module)Fault: Baking chamber temperature sensor TH E33 15.1. Effect: „ The oven is no longer ready for operation. 15.2. Primary cause: „ The Pt100 temperature sensor of the top heat is defective (open or short circuit) 888 Disconnect the Pt100 at terminals AE2 (terminal 26 / 27) Sensor resistance must lie between 100 and 200 Ohms (resistance table). Replace the Pt100 temperature sensor. DEBAG Item No.: 9192012 15.3. Other possible causes: „ Controller circuit board defective. Connect 100 to 200 Ohm resistance directly on the control board terminal AE2 (terminal 26 / 27) Swap PT100 bottom heat / top heat on the printed circuit board (terminals 24 /25 and 26 / 27) Attention: Do not mix up the PT100 after testing! Effect: „ Continued baking is possible. „ Automatic switch-on and automatic cleaning are deactivated 16.2. Primary cause: „ The internal oven clock battery is discharged 888 Check the battery voltage: > 2.8 VDC Replace the battery. DEBAG Item No.: 9122280 It is vital for the oven time to be re-set (Menu→ Oven setting→ Date/time). 16.3. Other possible cause: „ The internal oven clock is stuck De-adjust the oven time / oven date and re-set (Menu→ Oven setting→ Date/time). „ The contacts in the battery base are bent. Carefully straighten the contact.The battery voltage monitor is defective Replace control board. Effect: „ Continued baking is possible to a limited extent „ Steaming function flow meter does not deliver any or not enough impulses 17.2. Effect: „ None ! Baking can be continued without any limitation imposed 19.2. Primary cause: „ The set time or / and volume of the water filter has been exceeded Replace the replacement cartridge of the water filter Reset water filter meter (Oven “OFF” → Menu → Information → Water filter -> Reset) 19.3. Fault: Communication error E41 „ Communication with slave “X” (X = lower ovens 1 to 5) → Error display on “Master” oven „ Communication with Master → Error display on affected “Slave” oven 20.1. Effects: „ None ! Baking can be continued without any limitation imposed BUT: „ Synchronisation of oven settings and baking programs not possible „ Proofer controls may be faulty „ Function of an externally connected device is possible compromised 20.2. Primary cause: „ Oven parameters are set incorrectly. Check the setting of Oven Parameter 004 – “Twin oven”: Top oven = “Master + ”X" S" → “X” = bottom ovens 1 to 5 bottom ovens 1 -5 = “SLAVE 1 - 5” 20.3. Other possible causes: „ The two ovens do not have the same software version Updating the software to the most up-to-date version (enquire into InfoSys / in the DEBAG Service Centre) „ The cable connection between the two ovens is interrupted. Check the cable connection from the SYNC connection on the Oven 1 control board to the SYNC connection on the Oven 2 control board. Replacement of defective parts Patch cable / DEBAG Item No.: 9122789 RJ45 installation jack / DEBAG Item No.: 9122785 Y patch cable distributor / DEBAG Item No.: 9124075 For testing, connect a patch cable between both SYNC connections. „ A control board is defective.
